Importing meshes:
How to check if your Import is setup correctly
If your model has these features, there is a chance it got botched on import. If you’ll continue working with it, results in-game may be a bit disappointing. It’s worth to make sure your import is setup and working as needed before spending your time working on it, OR be ready to make fixes by hand later.
Armature:
your Armature must be a single object parented to your mesh
bones should be compiled into a single Armature, there should not be any extra Empties floating about

Mesh (Skinning):
- Should be parented to an Armature → if its not parented, its not going to follow animations in game
